School of Economics and Management Concerned about the Development of Young Teachers

On the 19th of May, School of Economics and Management organized a meeting to discuss the development of young teachers. The meeting aimed to help young teachers to solve the difficulties they were facing in teaching, research, professional title promoting, etc. so that they could be actively involved in the their work and develop together with the school.

As learned at the meeting, the young teachers were facing the following problems: young teachers were instructing too many students, which affected their research; how should the needs of the young teachers be combined with the development of the school; the school lacked an overall plan of teaching and research.

As the backbone of the school, the young teachers would play a more and more important role in the teaching, research and students’ cultivation. The leading team of the school said that helping the young teachers to grow rapidly would be an important problem to solve in the future.
