Vice Dean Zhao Hong Visited Durham University and Signed Cooperative Memorandum

Professor Zhao Hong, Vice Dean of School of Management, visited the Durham University on November 6th, 2012. Professor Rob Dixon, the Dean of Durham Business School; Dr Michael Nicholson, the Director of the Global Education Center; Dr. Michael J. Guo (Guo Jie), the Deputy Director Institute for China Development and Research; Professor Peter Allen, the Senior Officer of EMBA Program met with Professor Zhao.

 

The two sides first discussed on the cooperative Executive Development Program (EDP) during the meeting. How to take the advantage of Durham’s online course system to design some unique EDP program is one of the main tasks in the future. After that, the two sides also has a further discussion on how to cooperate on the dual-degree MBA program, faculty exchange program, student exchange program, and joint research program. Furthermore, in order to have a comprehensive understanding of the educational resources of Durham University, Professor Zhao was invited to visit the teaching facilities of Durham Business School.

 

Professor Zhao Hong, on behalf of the School of Management, signed a cooperative memorandum with Professor Rob Dixon, Dean of the Durham Business School. The two sides will soon launch a comprehensive cooperation in both education and scientific research.
