On the afternoon of October 11th, the signing and launching ceremony of School of Management-Chuanbei Vacuum Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (CBVAC) Training Project was held in the conference room, H308 of No.6 Youth Building. Mr. Chen Lin, Chairman of the Board of CBVAC, Ms. Li Shan, General Manager of the Headquarter of Marketing Management, CBVAC, Professor Dong Jichang, Vice Dean of the School of Management, Professor Gong Qiguo, Executive Director of the MBA Center, Associate Professor Peng Geng, Deputy Director of the MBA Center, Dr. Qu Rujie, Deputy Director of Career Development Center, the student teams that participated in the implementation of the project and Mr. Zhang Jingbo, Market Supervisor-in-Chief of China MBA Education Net, attended this event.
The event was paid high attention by both parties. Prof. Dong Jichang was deeply grateful to the great support from CBVAC. The School of Management has laid great emphasis on the career development of the students, and wished to strengthen the “two-phase” training mode of MBA through in-depth cooperation with enterprises and to improve students’ practical skills and social horizon through the smooth implementation of enterprise training project. Chen Lin briefly introduced CBVAC. He pointed that as the vacuum industry was developing really fast and relevant enterprises were receiving increasing attention in recent years, cooperation with colleges were very important to enhance the strategic management of enterprises and the R & D of new products. Also he stressed that this in-depth cooperation with the School of Management realizes “win-win-win” between the school, the enterprise and the students. For the school, a stable base for internship can be established for the improvement of students’ practical skills and career development capacities; for the enterprise, a great deal of human resources that were familiar with the culture of CBVAC and are of relatively higher comprehensive qualities can be cultivated for HR reserves; and for students, comprehensive qualities can be improved and competitive job opportunities can be gained.

Enterprise project training is an important link of the two-phase MBA training mode, and the target is to enhance cooperation between the school and enterprise and to realize all-dimensional fusion of teaching, training and career development. Based on its own condition, the enterprise designs and provides real projects, excellent students were jointly selected by enterprise and school to establish Project Team for research and investigation under the guide of teachers of the school and high-rank supervisors of the enterprise, the actual business issues existed in the operation of enterprise should be solved by Project Team . In this way, MBA students could associate theory with reality, and the quality of their training as well as their ability of career development could be improved.
