Delegation of A.B. Freeman School of Business, Dulane University visited SEM

On the morning of February 28, 2019, Ira Solomon, Dean of A.B. Freeman School of Business, Dulane University and Ms. Alicia MacCulloch, Vice Director of Asian Affairs, visited School of Economics and Management, CAS to discuss cooperation. Professor Desheng Wu, Vice Dean of SEM, Professor Lv Ping, Assistant to the Dean, and staff at at International Cooperation Office and International Accreditation Office warmly received them.

In the meeting, Vice Dean Desheng Wu and Dean Ira Solomon introduced the development, characteristics and advantages of their respective schools. Then, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the topics of AACSB international accreditation, teacher-student exchange programs, degree programs, academic exchanges, especially potential graduate cooperation programs and many possible forms of cooperation. This visit deepened the mutual trust and understanding and promoted cooperation between these two schools. Both sides agreed to sort out the results of the meeting and to sign cooperation agreements for qualified programs later.
