Dr. Tan graduated from Beijing Normal University with the Bachelor’s Degree, Renmin University with the Degree of Master of Business Administration, and Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences with Doctoral Degree of Management Science and Engineering. He also visited and studied in universities in Canada and Europe as a scholar.

 

Dr. Tan mainly focuses on the research of strategic scientists’ leadership, science and technology leadership, temperament and character analysis of leaders, training theories and practice. He has rich experience in high-end training and management consultancy, and has published more than 20 papers, participated in the publication of 2 books.
