On April 18, Prof. Guo Chuanjie, the CPC ex-deputy secretary of CAS deputy secretary of was invested to give a lectue to students of the School of Management. Centering on “Innovation Practice and Innovation Culture”, Prof. Guo introduced the importance of innovation practice and culture in the research and national development in depth.

Prof. Guo interpreted in details what culture is and what innovation culture is, and thoroughly analyzed the characteristics of innovation and innovators. He also explained how to manage innovation teams. Following that, Prof. Guo analyzed the CAS culture, introduced the origin, flux and carrier of CAS culture based on historical events. He pointed out that National Interest First is the core of CAS culture.
Finally, Prof. Guo summarized some phenomenon and problems of innovation culture in theory, system and morality.
