Project “The Application of PPP Model in Municipal Public Infrastructure Construction" Successfully Completed

On March 12th, the project completion expert review meeting for the project, “the application of PPP model in municipal public infrastructure construction", which was supported by Ministry of Housing, was held successfully in the School of Economics and Management, UCAS. The meeting was attended by expert review team, which included Deputy Director of the Government and Social Capital Cooperation Center of Ministry of Finance Jiao Xiaoping, Dean of the School of Economics and Management of UCAS and Director of China PPP Research Center of UCAS Wang Shouyang, Head of Finance Department of School of Economics of Peking University Liu Yi, Director of Chinese Public Procurement Research Institute of Research Experimental Zone of Central University of Finance and Economics Cao Fuguo, General Manager of Taiyue Consulting Co., Ltd. Jin Yongxiang, Deputy Editor of China Transportation News Hu Fangjun, and project team members.

 

First of all, Wang Shouyang welcomed the experts on behalf of the School of Economics and Management of UCAS and thanked them for their support to the school and China PPP Research Center. Subsequently, Director of China PPP Research Center Meng Chun, made a welcome speech on behalf of the project team. Then, Li Xiuting, one of the project team members, made the project completion report on behalf of the project team. The expert review team had a warm discussion on the report and gave comments from their respective industry perspectives. They all agreed that the project was completed excellently, and the report was written attentively with rich research samples and profound case analysis. Finally, the expert review team all agreed that the project was completed and passed the evaluation.

 

Municipal public infrastructure, as the largest category of PPP projects, is of great academic value as it is practical and with rich samples. China PPP Research Center of UCAS will continue to focus on PPP projects in the field of municipal public infrastructure, and to make greater contribution to the development of PPP model in China.
