A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation was signed at UCAS on 11 March by Prof. Wang Shouyang, Director of the UCAS School of Economics and Management, and H.E. Hani Rashed Al Hamli, Dubai General Secretary of the Economics Council (DEC).
Before the signing ceremony, both parties briefed one another on their respective situations. H.E. Omar Ahmed Al Baita, the Ambassador of Dubai to China, made a passionate speech. He said that during his 6-year stay in China he has witnessed China’s great development and the rapid progress of trade ties between China and Dubai. He looks forward to further cooperation between the two nations, especially cooperation in student training. Both H.E. Omar Ahmed Al Baita and H.E. Hani Rashed Al Hamli expressed their wishes for deepening cooperation with UCAS.
