In the afternoon on April 19, the Economics and Management School of UCAS hold a lecture “Megatrends of Global Services”at Zhongguancun compus in room H309, building 6. The lecture is chaired by Pro. hai-zhen Yang. The speaker Wang Changxiang is well-known global service offshore management expert as well as the head of the America outsourcing credit risk testing institution.
Mr.Wang introduced the origin and development of the global outsourcing service nearly three decades through his own experience in United States.
He expounded the necessary condition of international outsourcing (man-machine dialogue, man-machine separation) and explained the site, near field, onshore and offshore, such as global integration concept through the excellent examples. He has held forth a point that ITO business has been tending to decline and Chinese outsourcing business scale is decreasing. In the meantime he thinks outsourcing business scale is shifting to India and Vietnam with Low Labour cost countries.
Mr.Wang is the pioneer of outsourcing services in China. He responsible for overseas partners developing, screening, and supervision. He is engaged in the BPO, KPO, ITO management work and he has rich experience in management. He analyzed the relations between enterprise development and operating costs, the team building and the company shares structure etc. He emphasized that building the trust among the individual, enterprise and society three levels is more important than the quality and cost.
In the question session, students discussed with him about big data service, real-estate market development and wisdom city in China. The host Pro. hai-zhen Yang also expounded her views around the lecture. She sincerely appreciated Mr. Wang Changxiang’s lecture.
