On the afternoon of April 22nd, Chinese Academy of Sciences Youth Innovation salon - wisdom sharing was held in the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The artificial-intelligence-themed salon attracted nearly a hundred of young researchers and entrepreneurs from Chinese Academy of Sciences to participate. Deputy secretary of the party of Beijing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences and executive vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences Youth Federation Fang Zizheng, General manager of Chinese Academy of Sciences innovation incubator investment company and member of the Standing Committee of Chinese Academy of Sciences Youth Federation Jiang Lei and Secretary of the Communist Youth League of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Secretary of Chinese Academy of Sciences Youth Federation Wang Ning, Chinese Academy of Sciences Youth Committee Nie Xiaowei together with other leaders and guests attended the event.
Fang said in his speech that the event combined three key elements of Chinese Academy of Sciences, youth, and innovation, which is meaningful. He hoped to create a platform for the integration of resources, exchange of ideas and information, so as to promote transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese Academy of Sciences and to promote the combination of science and technology innovation and mass entrepreneurship and innovation through a series of salon activities,.
Jiang Lei briefly introduced the background of the Chinese Academy of Sciences innovation salon, and introduced the Chinese Academy of Sciences Innovation Incubator investment company (CAS Innovation). CAS Innovation is a market platform for the transformation of scientific and technologic achievements for whole CAS, aims at making an innovation ecosystem. Jiang said that the platform welcomed everyone to actively participate in the construction of the technology industry think-tank platform, to jointly promote the transformation of achievements in science and technology.
