“Building Global Competitiveness of Brands” – 2016 Asian Brand Forum was held in Shenzhen on May 29. More than 600 guests including government officers, heads of chambers of commerce, brand experts, entrepreneurs, and journalists attended the forum. They expressed their ideas surrounding opportunities and challenges brought by the growth of Asian brands and tried to explore the road to development and innovation.
At the forum, Vice Dean Zhao Hong of our school was invited to make a keynote speech, entitling Brand Value Management in Industry Upgrading. Zhao Hong pointed out that Internet+ technology and brand value management could be used to help enterprises effectively upgrade.
The forum focused on topics such as brand building under complex economic environment, brand reform in the global economy, and brand development in future globalization. Different activities such as keynote speech, summit forum, round=table meeting, dinner party, brand exhibition, road show, investing talks, TV interviews, award issuing, and enterprise visiting were arranged by the host of the forum. The guests all said that they experienced a big brand party and gained a lot at the forum.
