Dr. Liu Hui, Deputy Inspector of Beijing Science and Technology Commission, teaches in the MBA "Innovative Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Practice Training Camp"

On the afternoon of March 11, Dr. Liu Hui, Deputy Inspector of Beijing Science and Technology Commission, was invited to give a lecture to MBA students of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Camp" (Finance &Entrepreneurship Class). Dr. Liu Hui introduced the background of the construction of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center, the general situation of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Beijing Innovative and Entrepreneurial policy measures, with the theme of "The General Situation of the Construction of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center and the Explanation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy". He also gave the students some valuable suggestions for carrying out Innovation and Entrepreneurship work.

 

Through this course, the students had a deep understanding of the background and current situation of the construction of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center, and a clear understanding of the strategic positioning and layout of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center. It is understood that Beijing will continue to strengthen the construction of Beijing National Science and Technology Innovation Center according to the "three-step" policy, making Beijing a global leader in science and technology innovation, high-end economic growth pole, the first choice for innovation talent, cultural innovation area and ecological city construction.

 

The large amount of detailed data presented in the course also gave students a more complete understanding of Beijing's innovation and entrepreneurship environment and current achievements. Dr. Liu Hui introduced the overall situation of the Science and Technology Center from the four perspectives of Beijing's scientific and technological resources and foundation, Beijing’s innovation and entrepreneurship overall situation, Beijing’s innovation and entrepreneurship organization development characteristics and Beijing’s innovation and entrepreneurship enterprise situation, thus allowing students to build confidence in carrying out innovative and entrepreneurial activities in Beijing.

 

During the lecture, Dr. Liu Hui also gave a detailed interpretation of relevant policies and measures of innovation and entrepreneurship in China and Beijing, and gave suggestions on how to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship work. On the one hand, the students gained a deeper understanding of relevant fiscal and taxation policies, financial policies, and personnel policies, and saw the efforts made by the state and Beijing for innovation and entrepreneurship activities; on the other hand, they had a more comprehensive understanding, which will be helpful to provide guidance to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities for them.
