On April 9, 2019, at the invitation of the European Commission, director of the Research Center for Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship, professor LIU Xielin, School of Economics and Management, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, together with a delegation of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, went to Brussels, Belgium to participate in the fourth China-EU Innovation Cooperation Dialogue.
Professor LIU Xielin made a keynote speech on "China's SME Innovation and Development Policy", which mainly explained the "Innovative Development Policy of China's SMEs in Different Periods, Practical Experiences of SMEs' Innovation and Development", etc. and has made in-depth exchanges with relevant EU departments on how the government supports SMEs.
