On June 20, 2021, The Ministry of science and technology the torch high technology industry development center (hereinafter referred to as the "torch center ") was invited to participate in the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the founding of SEM and the "innovation and Development Forum". At the forum, the signing ceremony of the agreement on joint training of postdoctoral researchers between SEM and the torch center was held. Professor Yongmiao Hong, Dean of SEM, signed the agreement with jingdun Jia , director of the torch center on behalf of each side.
