On the morning of June 18, 2021, Lihua Xiao, Vice President of Alibaba group and President of Alibaba Cloud Research, Peijie Wang, Chief Operating Officer of Digital Intelligence Transformation of Alibaba Cloud Research, Liukang Tong, Director of Alibaba Cloud Global Training Center, Nan Zhang, Content Operation Manager of Alibaba Cloud Research, came to SEM to communicate on EDP training projects. Professor Yongmiao Hong, Professor Hong Zhao, and Associate Professor Ying Liu attended the talk with the guests.
Yongmiao Hong first extended a warm welcome to Alibaba delegation. Then he systematically introduced the history, discipline characteristics, teaching staff, laboratories and other education bases of SEM. He pointed out that SEM's research direction of artificial intelligence and innovation and Entrepreneurship was consistent with that of Alibaba Cloud. He hoped that the two sides could carry out a series of cooperation.
Lihua Xiao then introduced Alibaba Cloud's strategic positioning, main business fields, training resources, industrial products and key R & D directions, and said he was full of expectations for the cooperation between the two sides. Liukang Tong shared the strategic policy, products and customers of Alibaba Global Training Center, and put forward the suggestion of talent training in cooperation with SEM.
After that, the participants conducted an in-depth discussion and in the future, they planed to promote the implementation of cooperation projects as soon as possible.
