On the evening of May 27， Career Quiz Interpretation Report for MBA students was held at School of Management. The career adviser from Bejing Xi’enyingcai HRM Consulting Co, Ltd. interpreted the assessment reports (competence report and job-matching report) from the angle of analyzing ability, personality, competency and the level of responsibilities and rights. She also divided the students present into four interview groups and made a profound analysis of cases from different angles.
Before the report finished, the adviser also answered questions from the students and gave suggestion in job hunting from the angle of job-matching.
