Led by Prof. Wang Shouyang and Prof. Dona Jichang, the members of Research Center for Real Estate went to Macao for GCREC (Global Chinese Real Estate Congress) 2012 Annual Conference from July 3 to 5.
The conference was co-held by GCREC and Macao University, with “Opportunities and Challenges for the Real Estate Industry under Macro-control” as the theme. On the opening ceremony, Prof. Wang Shouyang made a presentation. He analyzed the problems such as the effect of Real Estate’s pushing economy, whether housing is consumer goods, and indemnificatory housing etc.

Prof. Dong Jichang and other members of the research center participated the round-table discussion, and discussed with master and doctorate students and professors form universities both at home and abroad on problems as real estate enterprises, real estate finance and real estate economy.
