Bai Chunli, President of CAS and President of UCAS, met with the leadership team of the School of Management on Aug. 28.

During the meeting, Prof. Wang Shouyang, Vice Dean of School of Management reported measures to develop School of Management and recent progress in work. Then Dean Cheng Siwei reported on the policy support given to School of Management by UCAS. He also said that he would try to realize the integration of FEDS and School of Management.
President Bai Chunli thanked Dean Cheng for his contributions in developing management science. He also introduced the background and significance of changing the school’s name from GUCAS to UCAS. President Bai pointed out, UCAS becoming one of the top universities lies in the true integration of the school and the research institutes. President Bai highly appreciated the recent work of School of Management and hoped that School of Management would gradually be built into a leading school of management in China with significant international impact.
