Challenge, Surmounting, Cooperation – the Outward Bound for 2012 MBA Students Completed

On the afternoon of Sept. 8, 150 MBA students stepped on the coaches to Huairou for the outward bound that would last for one day and a half.

An hour later, the students arrived at the destination and were welcomed by the smiling faces of the instructors there. Under the organization of the instructors, the students started their first day of life in the training base.

The head instructor first explained matters that needed attention, the training requirements and the significance of the training. Then he divided the students randomly into 12 teams, each with an instructor. After that, led by the instructors, every team designed their unique team names, team songs, team logos and team flags.

Following that, the students came to different training sites and experienced various training programs. “Broken Bridge” is a challenge to the individual. “Wooden Shoes” considers team work. “Trust Fall” needs trust and responsibility. “Burma Bridge, Crossing the Swamp, Escape Wall”…more than ten training programs were completed under mutual assistance, communication, trust and cooperation. Everyone realized their vows and passed the test of the training. Finally each student was issued a certificate of training.
