On Sept. 29, “Economics and Social Administration Forum (2012), jointly sponsored by Key Laboratory of Management, Decision and Information Systems, CAS and School of Management was held in Beijing. The participants were form colleges and universities, enterprises and army. The theme of the forum was “Economic Trends of China after US’ Return to Asia-Pacific”.
The forum started at 9 a.m. Prof. Dong Jichang, vice dean of School of Management, hosted the forum. Prof. Wang Shouyang, the executive vice dean of School of Management, General Chen Shoumin and Prof. Li Zhongfei, the executive dean of Sun Yat-Sun Business School, addressed on the opening ceremony.
Then Prof. Li Zhongfei reported on “Housing Price and Real Estate Cycle”. He analyzed the current situation of real estate industry and challenges it faced, and shared with the audience his recent academic research on price of real estate and its financial assets and risk management. General Zhang Zhaoyin spoke on the strategic situation of the South China Sea, and Prof. Wang Shouyang talked on the crises and risks that China faced in her development.
The forum explored on the actual problems that China’s economy is facing. It ended successfully in the applause of the participants.
