Led by Prof. Dong Jichang, the vice dean, four teachers went to School of Management of the University of Sun Yat-Sen for a visit on Nov. 24 and were warmly received.
7 people from School of Management of the University of Sun Yat-Sen attended the meeting, namely, Prof. Li Zhongfei, the executive dean, Lan Yu, the vice dean, Jin Xiangpeng, dean’s assistant, Prof. Chen Mingzhu, the director of EMBA Center, Wang Yuanhuai, the director of MBA Center, Xiao Yanfei, the director of EDP Center, and Ke Jianjie, the deputy director of International Certification Office.
At the Meeting
Prof. Li first made a welcome address, then he introduced the University of Sun Yat-Sen and the School of Management. He mainly introduced the strategic position of his school in the future 10 years, the faculty, discipline construction, research, international exchange and talents cultivation.
Prof. Dong introduced UCAS and the background and significance of GUCAS changing her name to UCAS. He also introduced the history of our school and the problems that we were facing. He hoped to have a deeper communication with the School of Management of the University of Sun Yat-Sen.
Later on, both schools discussed on enrollment of MBA, EMBA and EDP programs, talents introduction, international exchange and international certification. Multiple cooperation between the two schools would be developed in the near future.
