The Executive Management Training Program for Ruyi Mengyin Rural Bank started on Dec. 8. The program centered on strategy, brand and risk management of rural banks and the lessons included strategy and brand management of rural banks, marketing and customer services, credit risk management.
More than 20 top management from Ruyi Mengyin took part in the training. The president of the bank, Fu Gui, addressed on the opening ceremony of the program. He expressed his gratitude to School of Management for the support to the program. He hoped that the managerial staff of the bank would cherish this training and make improvement in their work. The vice deans of the School of Management, Prof. Zhao Hong and Prof. Dong Jichang introduced UCAS and School of Management. They hoped that the participants would gain what they wanted through the training.
