Prof. Sakamoto Hiroshi, the Senior Researcher from The International Centre for the Study of East Asian Development (ICSEAD),Japan paid a visit to School of Management on January 24th, 2013.
The Executive Vice Dean, Prof. Wang Shouyang, Vice Dean, Prof. Zhao Hong and two Assistants to the Dean received the visitor. The academic staff from the Center for Forecasting Science, CAS attended the meeting as well.
Prof. Wang and Prof. Zhao introduced the general situation of the Center for Forecasting Science and School of Management to Prof. Sakamoto respectively; and then Prof. Sakamoto introduced the structure and the academic information about ICSEAD and the Journal of Econometric Study of Northeast Asia. The two sides discussed about the in-depth academic cooperation between each other in the future.
After the meeting, Prof. Sakamoto gave a speech on the topic of Inter and Intra Dependent Relationship a using by the multi-country, multi-region Growth Model in Japan, Korea and China to the students of School of Management in classroom H309.
