A training program for Entrepreneurs in Xinjiang conducted by School of Management ended successfully on March 12.
The program aimed to improve management personnel’s overall quality, promote management of enterprises, provide support for healthy development of enterprises and help enterprises in Xinjiang to realize the new industrialization.
The training lasted for four days. Five professors from School of Management lectured on three modules, Management ability enhancement, Leadership Development, and Business model and corporate culture. Nearly 200 executives took part in the training.
During the training, the trainees were very hard-working. They took detailed notes and asked the teachers specific questions that their enterprises were facing. They even asked the teachers to go and lecture in their enterprises.
