On March 16, the lecture “The Effective Joint between Chinese Ancient Civilization and Management” was held at Room S101 of Zhongguancun Classroom Building. Mr. Liu Weijian, Head of China Zhigong Publishing House was invited to give the lecture.

Liu Weijian explained how to apply traditional management theories to the modern China’s enterprises’ management. Through the joint between ancient culture and reality of enterprise management, it provides a new possibility for the transition of traditional management theories and the effective promotion of enterprises’ management. What’s more, Liu Weijian shared his experience in instructing children. He said that the instruction of children’s humanistic quality should start at an early age and run through everything in life.
After the lecture, the students exchanged with Liu Weijian about their confusion in learning ancient culture and their opinions about the development of ancient culture.
