The team members of the Entrepreneurship MBA Program of School of Management participated in the training for incubator directors held in Shanghai by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology, China. from Oct. 27 to Nov. 1. They also visited several business incubators during the training, including Shanghai Public Training Base for Entrepreneurs, Innovation Park for College Students based in Caohejing New Technology Development Zone, and Huaian National Hi-Tech Innovation Service Center.
A Glimpse of the incubators
All these incubators provide training and help for entrepreneurs free of charge, and there are also a series of policies to support the enterprises in the incubators. Liu Chunxiao, the director of the Entrepreneurship MBA Program introduced the program to the managers of each incubator and expressed the intention to cooperate. He also recommended several innovation projects launched by our students, which aroused the interests of the managers of the incubators. They hoped to have further communication with our school later on.
