Residential Life Scenes Consumption Cost Performance Index Was Released

Research Center for China Industries UCAS released Residential Life Scenes Consuming Cost Performance Index jointly with MADIS, CAS and CNFSdata on Jan. 12. The index mainly is used to measure the cost performance of residential consumption in cities in China.

 

The data shows that the cost performance of residential consumption fell by 39.95% in 2013, and the downside trend of national residential scenes index was obvious. The cost performance of residential consumption in the second-tier cites was the highest. In the first-tier cities, the value of residential consumption in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou was relatively balanced. However, the value of residential consumption in Shenzhen was only 53.39, much lower than that in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, even lower than that in the second-tier and third-tier cities.
