The Second Entrepreneurial Practice Salon was Held

The second entrepreneurial practice salon for MBA students was held on March 14th. The speech during the second salon was mainly about the relationship between marriage and capital.

 

The entrepreneurial practice salon is an attempt for the innovation and entrepreneurship MBA project. It is planned to organize ten salons this semester, every two weeks a time. And all the salons will be around the practical entrepreneurial experience, entrepreneurial policies and regulations. Besides, they will cover different industry and will help the students prepare their business plan.

 

The second salon invited the legal consultant of the legal affair department of China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC), Mr. Ping WANG to share the experience with the students. Mr. Wang has 10-year experience in economic law, labor law, contract law, company law, human resources, investment and trade industry.

 

Mr. Wang began with the case of Tudou Co. He explained the relationship between the individual's marriage and entrepreneur, and deeply analyzed the relation between marriage law and capital through various cases. Besides, he also explained the chronological revolution of the marriage law in China.

 

Through his speech, the students had a better understanding of the provisions of marriage law and the relationship between law and capital. They highly appreciated the salon and suggest prolonging the discussion part for more time to communicate with the speaker.
