“UCAS- Annual Forum of Innovation and Entrepreneurship” was held in Zhong Guancun Campus successfully on May 11th.
The Director of Alumni Association of UCAS, Mr. Hua Guang made an opening speech for the forum. He appreciated the work that Alumni Association of School of Management has done and the endeavor that all the alumni of School of Management has made. Besides, he also hoped the Alumni Association of School of Management could build a broader platform for the alumni and for the School. Finally, he congratulated the establishment of Venture Capital Association of school of management.
Subsequently, Mr. Huaguang conferred the certificate to the Venture Capital Association, which means the association was established formally. Then, the director of Venture Capital Association, Prof. Dong Jichang announced the assignment of the association. The members of the association mainly came from investment companies, banks, colleges and universities, law firms, news media… almost cover all the potential support from the society.
Venture Capital Association is not only a bridge between alumni and the school, but also a platform for the alumni to communicate and cooperate. The establishment of this association will have great influence for the development of School of Management.
After the Forum, most of the alumni said they would make more effort for the development of the Alumni Association in School of Management.
