The award ceremony of Fudan Premium Fund of Management 2014 was held in the auditorium of Yuquan Campus, UCAS on Nov. 29. Professor Zhang Linxiu won Fudan Outstanding Contribution Award in Management 2014 owing to her remarkable achievements.
Professor Zhang Linxiu has been engaged in the research of poverty and rural development for many years. She analyzed and explained the development and functional mechanism of factor market in the process of Chinese agricultural economic development through massive first-hand data and macro economic analysis, combined with research on rural public investment, community governance, and relevant policies. Based on these, Professor Zhang Linxiu has provided efficient policy suggestions for rural government on the allocation of public resources.
Professor Zhang Linxiu adopted RCTs method to intervene and evaluate the policies involving rural education and children’s health in a standard and scientific way. She made great contributions to the promotion of rural education and training of talent.
