Professor Yang Haizhen is the PhD supervisor and the member of China Democratic National Construction Association. She positively responded to the CPC Central Committee and State Council’s decision to support Xinjiang province, and took the responsibility of the Vice Dean of Economics Research Institute of Development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Province from 2011 August to 2014 August. For the outstanding contribution in recognition of Professor Yang Haizhen, the Xinjiang province awarded her the "seventh batch of excellent talent for assisting Xinjiang" and the honorary title of outstanding individual working in Xinjiang.
Professor Yang is a professor of Finance and International Economics at the School of Management, UCAS; Member of Academic Board of Chinese Institute of Certified Financial Planners; Member of Finance Policy Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association; Investing and financing consultant of Venture Capital Fund Management Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
