The New Three Board Training Camp (1st Session), which was organized by the EDP Center of School of Management, was opened in Shengyang on Mar. 27th. Representatives from 22 enterprises, which covered technology, Internet, education, environmental protection areas, participated in the training camp. The President of Industry and Commerce Federations in Shengyang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a congratulation speech.
The first part of the courses in the New Three Board Training Camp was mainly around the following issues: the upgraded integration of the enterprises under the need of being listed; the share reform of the multi-legal-people-structural enterprises, how to deal with marital ownership, etc. The Executive Director of EDP center of School of Management, Mr. Hong Yong, the President of Yu Ming Jin Kong, Mr. Hu Chuntao, the Vice President of Yu Ming Jin Kong, Mr. Xue Yongchen and the Chairman of the three new board listing Corporation, Mr. Wei Yu conducted an in-depth with the students.
The New Three Board Training Camp of School of Management is the first designed training program for the innovative enterprise executives in Mainland China. It combines the excellent faculty and social resources in CAS to help the transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises.
