The 9th Chinese Enterprise Culture Academic Forum was held from 9th to 11th, July in Jiangsu Province.
The forum was sponsored by China Research Institute of Enterprise Culture. Since 2007, it had successfully sponsored eight forums. The forum had provided an excellent platform for enterprises to discuss and exchange information and experience.
Tens of enterprises including Agricultural Bank of China, Avic Heavy Machinery co.,Ltd.,CHINT, FAW Group, Genertec, CITIC Heavy Industries Company Ltd, etc. and over 300 representatives attended the forum.
Prof. Xu Yanmei attended the forum and made a keynote speech at the invitation. Her speech was entitled “Research Context and Trend of Enterprise Culture in Foreign Countries”. She analyzed tools for the measurement of enterprise culture and testing methods, and commented on the practice of the construction of enterprise culture in Chinese enterprises.
