On Aug. 30, Tan Guang, the deputy director of Jinan High and New Tech Development Zone Management Committee and his team came to visit School of Management. They discussed with Prof. Lu Benfu, Prof. Dong Jichang and Associate Prof. Xu Jian on the commercialization of research findings, industry optimization and upgrading and talent introduction.
Tan Guang first introduced the general situations of Jinan Development Zone. He said that the purpose of their visit was to learn how to promote the development of culture industry, promote the combination of industries, universities and research institutes, the commercialization of research findings and the optimization and upgrading of industries. Professors from School of Management put forward their own views on the development patterns of development zones in China, the drive for the development of development zones, the characteristics of culture industry and basic law of the running of high and new tech industries. They also give their recommendations on the development of Jinan Development Zone. The two sides also showed their willingness in further collaboration in the positioning of regional development, industry optimization, talents support and etc.
