On May 10, Prof. Colin Fisher from Nottingham Trent University conducted training for the Chinese Co-supervisors of the School of Management. The training was a part of DBA cooperation program between the two schools.
Prof. Colin Fisher introduces DBA program to Chinese co-supervisors
Prof. Fisher first introduced the curriculum, admission and etc. of DBA program, then he explained in detail the training mode, dissertation standards for DBA candidates by comparing DBA with PhD. He also shared with the Chinese co-supervisors his own experience in training students and answered questions from them.
The training furthered Chinese supervisors’ understanding towards DBA program, and meanwhile, they learned more about training mode for graduate students in the Great Britain, which laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two schools.
